Alongside building my own companies, I have coached, mentored, and sat on the boards of many early-stage ventures — meeting and assessing thousands of aspiring founders across Europe and beyond.
After thousands of conversations — as both founder and investor — one pattern kept repeating: startup programs and coaching are focused almost exclusively on the idea, the project, the business and not enough on the founder's journey. Yet that journey is what determines whether a startup survives.
That observation became the Founder Readiness Framework — and this is why I built it.
