Workshop
An immersive introduction to what the founder journey really requires — not the romanticised version, but the real one. Participants are introduced to the 8 dimensions, the 3 readiness levels, and the realities of entrepreneurship through structured exercises. The group walks through the self-assessment questionnaire together, creating a shared understanding of what each question reveals and why it matters.

Day
The flagship program. Participants complete the full 40-question assessment before the session. On the day, individual scores are shared at the start — creating an immediate, honest picture for each founder. The day then focuses on understanding what that profile means for the specific project or venture they want to pursue, through peer-to-peer reviews, facilitator-led discussions, and structured exercises.
